The Custom Process

Creating custom work is both an honor and a treat for us at Twentyfour. We love getting to know you while also creating a piece that represents your story. All custom work starts at $500, which is collected as a deposit and applied towards the final cost of the piece. Expect custom projects to take anywhere from 8-12 weeks from inquiry to completion. Bringing it to Life

Our master craftsmen get to work bringing our sketches and ideas to life by molding, casting, setting, carving and polishing your custom piece in our New York studio. Stone sourcing and selection is overseen by a GIA Graduate Gemologist and diamond expert, ensuring you have the most brilliant stones, whether you choose natural or lab grown. All production is done in house so every project turns out just as fine as we promise it to be.
