CRAFTSMANSHIP

There is no substitute for the fine handiwork of craftspeople. For this reason, TwentyFour pieces are nearly all hand made and finished in New York City by highly skilled and passionate people who specialize in their trade. It is a great pleasure to work with multi-generational family-owned companies, artisans who have honed their craft at home in other countries, and master jewelers who love their art.

Solid 14k gold is the only material used in every part of a TwentyFour piece. Select products and custom orders may be made in 14k, 18k and Platinum. The number of karats tells you the percentage of a piece that is pure gold. Since pure gold is 24 karats, 14 karats is 14/24 parts, or 58%, pure. The remaining percentage is an alloy, added to enhance the hardness and durability of naturally soft gold.

The diamonds in each piece of TwentyFour Fine jewelry are lab grown, DEF colorless and VVS-VS clarity. Natural diamonds that comply with United Nations resolutions and Kimberly Process regulations can be sourced and used in any of our products upon request. All colored gemstones are natural, earth mined and sourced from small artisan mines in the US, Mexico, South America and Africa. TwentyFour only supports ethical and environmental production standards and fair labor practices.

HOW LONG DOES ENGRAVING TAKE?

Hand-engraving is extremely intricate, labor-intensive and full of character. The final product is truly a work of art, with beautiful imperfections and deep carving. Because there are only a few hand engravers left in New York, please anticipate 6-8 weeks of creation time to receive your finished piece. Laser engraving, a computerized style of engraving that is great for fine lines and intricate etchings, takes up to 2 weeks.

CAN YOU MAKE SIGNATURE PIECES IN OTHER METALS?

We can make all of our signature pieces in 14k yellow, white, or rose gold. If you are interested in 18k gold or platinum, additional costs will apply. Please email info@autwentyfour.com if you are interested in a different metal for a signature piece.

CAN YOU SET MY HEIRLOOM STONES IN ONE OF YOUR PIECES?

We can set most heirloom stones in many of our signature pieces. Please email us at info@autwentyfour.com to confirm.

CAN YOU USE METAL FROM A PIECE OF JEWELRY I HAVE AND MAKE IT INTO SOMETHING NEW?

Metal from customer pieces is refined and applied as a credit twoards the cost of the design. We are able to use most stones from your jewelry. If you're interested in starting a custom project, please fill out our request form.

I HAVE AN OLD PIECE OF JEWELRY, CAN YOU REPAIR IT?

Unfortunately we can not repair pieces that are not part of our collection. We highly recommend reaching out to your local jeweler.

MY PIECE BROKE, WILL YOU REPAIR IT?

We take great care to ensure our jewelry is made to last, and we stand behind the quality of our pieces. If any damage or breakage occurs, please email info@autwentyfour.com and provide us with photos of what needs to be repaired. Please keep in mind that we are unable to repair pieces that were not purchased from us.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipments

Domestic shipments to the Continental United States are sent complementary by TwentyFour and will arrive within 2-5 business days. Overnight shipments may be available by request, at an extra cost. If a change of shipping address is required by the customer, this request must come in writing via email, before the shipping confirmation is sent, and is not TwentyFour’s responsibility until confirmed via email. If an item is received damaged, please email info@autwentyfour.com immediately with a clear description of the item. It is required that a photo of the damaged package is included.

International Shipments

International Shipments are sent to most countries with a flat $75 fee. Customer pays all associated duties and taxes associated with the order. All other shipping details are in line with domestic shipping policies.

Shipping for Returns, Repairs & Exchanges

TwentyFour does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend packaging your items with extra padding and including secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. Please note that in order to process an exchange, credit or refund, the customer must first be in touch with TwentyFour so that we know to expect it alongside our other incoming shipments. TwentyFour is not liable for items returned without prior notification.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

In stock items are eligible for refund and made to order items are eligible for refund via store credit. Discounted, engraved and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Complimentary ring resizing is available for all orders.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please email info@autwentyfour.com to begin the process. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE? CAN I TRY ON YOUR PIECES IN PERSON?

We do not have a store, but we do have a by appointment studio in NYC. Please feel free to email info@autwentyfour.com to book.

DO YOU PROVIDE APPRAISALS OR DIAMOND GRADING REPORTS ON YOUR PIECES?

All diamonds over 1 carat come with a GIA or IGI certification. All custom engagement rings are made with GIA certified lab rown diamonds or natural diamonds upon request. The certification will be included with your finished piece.
