WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most pieces are made to order and ship within 15 business days. If you’re working with a tighter timeline, email us at info@autwentyfour.com—we’re often able to accommodate.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Yes. All orders over $1,000 ship with tracked and insured next day delivery once production is complete. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order ships. Orders under $1,000 ship tracked and insured and are typically delivered within 3 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship within the US, Canada, Mexico and EU. If you're outside of these countries, please email us to confirm availability.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES OR TAXES?

U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. For international orders, any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

DO YOU REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY?

Yes—all shipments are insured and require a signature on delivery to ensure safe arrival.

WHAT IS YOU RETURN POLICY?

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes—orders canceled within 3 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Email us at info@autwentyfour.com to cancel.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@autwentyfour.com. We’ll make it right.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Yes—especially for ring sizing. If your piece doesn’t fit perfectly, let us know. We’ll resize or remake it to ensure it feels just right. This applies to all pieces, including made-to-order items.

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Email info@autwentyfour.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. If your request is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions for returning your piece.
 

Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, contact us for support.
